#8 Breaking out of Physical and Mental Prison with Pro.PT

In this episode, we have me Samuel Leach and Yussef mostly known by everyone as Pro.PT on Instagram. This is his journey from being an offender and ending up in prison, to how he turned his life around to be a highly successful celebrity Personal Trainer. He is a forward-thinking individual and one to watch out for in the fitness space, we discuss everything from callusing the mind to individual progression. A very interesting story and it is awesome to see how this entrepreneur has turned his life around to be a motivational speaker and PT. Bringing in the mental aspect to his PT classes makes him stand above and beyond other Personal Trainers.
